Obituary of Avis Peterson

Our dear mom, Avis, passed away peacefully at the age of 87 years. Mother will be lovingly remembered by her children, Connie (Larry) Forster, Russell (Lynda) Peterson, Cheryl (Greg) Johnson; grandchildren, Scott, Carey, Chris, Corey, Lindsay, Tyler, Megan, Katey; great-grandchildren, Regan, Finley, Riddic, Riley; special nieces, Carolyn and Robyn. Avis was predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Elsa Cronquist; husband Warren; brother-in-law Grant; sisters, Lila, Helen and Doris, and twin sister Alice. Mom and Alice were married to twin brothers. This special twinship was full of love, life and laughter and we will cherish the memories. Mom loved to dance, had a great sense of humour, but more importantly, was a dedicated mother and grandmother. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
