Kevin passed away peacefully on February 2, 2019. He was predeceased by his parents, Terry and Betty Hall; and his brother. He is survived by his loving partner Karen Dawkins; three sons, Brandon, Darryl and Daniel; Step Children, Jay and Kim; Grandson Leo; and brother Keith. Service detail to be arranged.
