Obituary of Grant Joseph Dustyhorn

Grant Joseph Dustyhorn, late of Regina, SK, passed away after a courageous struggle on Monday,  February 18, 2019 at the age of 51 years.

Grant will be welcomed to heaven by Grandma and Papa, Uncle Nick and his many personal angels.

Grant is survived by his devoted parents Bryant Dennis and Iris Miller Dennis; his brothers (and best friends) Regan Miller Dennis, Jordan Varro, Alax Watson, Peter Romashenko and Bernie Prockner: as well as his loving  aunts, uncles , cousins and friends.

After a heroic struggle by Grant and the 4D and ICU teams of Pasqua Hospital, Grant passed away too soon, February 18, 2019.
Having received The Last Unctions Grant left this world with his parents by his side.
Made in God’s image; Grant embraced life with strength, faith and a mischievous sense of humour.
Grant was surrounded with the love and support of his family who dedicated themselves to helping Grant celebrate his quality life.
Grant’s heart was in the country.  Nothing excited Grant more than going for a drive, and spending time at the farm(s). He could spend hours watching birds, cattle or often the deer that frequent the south lawn.
Grant attended Cosmo Learning Center for over 30 years, and has had many supporters at CLSD. He enjoyed community and was known for his love of good food and coffee.
Grant will be sent on his journey Home with some of his treasures honouring tradition; a rosary made by grandma, a tobacco pouch created by auntie Linda and uncle Dean, a blanket,
maple syrup, coffee and chocolates.
As some of our family have commented
Papa and Grandma will be waiting to greet him with homemade soup and cake. Uncle Nick and Grant’s many personal angels will have prepared a place for our son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, friend and angel.
Forever loved,
Mom & Dad
Regan, Jordan, Alax, Peter and Bernie
