My sincere sympathy on the passing of your dear mom. My name used to be Susan Parker, (I went to school with Nikki) and more recently met I think Susan in Clear Lake a couple years ago.) Dear families,
Please accept our condolences for the loss of your mother. David and I live on the fourth floor of 2217 and got to know your mother at Christmas parties and AGM. I walk my little dog every afternoon and this spring and summer I often saw your mother enjoying the outdoors, sitting in front of our building. She especially enjoyed the time when the trees were in bloom. We always had a little chat and I miss seeing her. The photo of her is just perfect, she always had that smile on her face.

So very sorry for your great loss (David, Nikki, Brenda and Susan). The loss of your mum touches so many, myself included. I can’t think of Christmas without remembering how she welcomed me into your family Christmas Eve throughout my childhood and beyond.
All the sleep overs and memories flood my mind...how kind, loving and funny she was, always willing to lend an ear as well as motherly advice. My heart is with you as you and your family remember and mourn such an incredible mum and person.

David, I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I knew her through Lorraine (who also worked at The Bay.) We had many great visits. Your mom was a warm, thoughtful and welcoming person who made the best borscht ever. The first time I ever ate borscht was in Helen's kitchen on Angus Street with you, David, and Lorraine.
