Obituary of Peter Prosofski

Peter, beloved husband to Roselyn; father to Donna, Karen (Marvin), Brenda (Ron), Bev (Kevin) and Michael (Natasha); grandfather to Christopher, Emily, Dale (Jen), Jessica, Nathan, Hannah, Joshua, and Addison and great-grandfather to Payton, Taylor, Gabby and Liam, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, March 23, 2013. Predeceased by parents Ida and Lawrence; brother Leslie (Elsie) and sister Geraldine (Bud), he is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Born in Holdfast, Peter moved to Regina and worked in various jobs before retiring from Sears Canada after 34 years of service. He enjoyed playing, coaching and officiating softball, hockey, bowling and curling. Peter took pleasure spending time with his pool room buddies and his best buddy Buster. A special thank you to the staff in the MPICU unit of the Regina General Hospital for their compassion shown to Peter and the family during his short stay.
