Obituary of Olga McLashen

It is with deep sadness that the family wishes to announce the passing of Olga McLashen on Sunday, March 24, 2013. She passed away peacefully with her family by her side following a courageous battle with cancer. Olga was born June 8, 1929. She is survived by her husband Walter; son Douglas (Iris Viney) of Regina, daughter Debbie (Jim Porter) of Brampton, Ontario; sister Sally Fedor of Regina and brother Ed Timoffee of Ottawa, Ontario. She was predeceased by her parents Michael and Catherine Timoffee and sister Emily Signarowski. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Little Flower Roman Catholic Church, 420 College Avenue, Regina on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Jose Periyilkatte presiding. A private family interment will be held. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to Sunset Nursing Home for the excellent care they provided, in particular to Janet, Tracy, Susan and especially Paulette and Gabi for their compassion and care during Olgas final days and hours.
