Obituary of Eldon Victor Wildeman
Eldon Victor Wildeman passed away peacefully at home in Regina SK, on August 9, 2019. He was predeceased by his parents, Olga and William Wildeman, sister Hope Dalke, sister-in-law Alice Merer, and brother-in-law Don Sipe. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 52 years, Norma, daughter Lynette Griffin (Chris), son Mark (Evelyn), and grandchildren: Caleb, Davin, Isaac, Colin and Lucy, as well as sister Wilma Sipe, brothers-in-law, Lawrence Dalke, John Sproule (Patti), Antony Merer (Margaret), and sister-in-law Shirley Carter (Dick), along with many nieces and nephews. Eldon was born on October 16, 1943 at Esk, Saskatchewan. He had a varied and fulfilling career in teaching, social work, and healthcare. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family – especially his grandchildren. Eldon loved to travel, fish, garden, go to garage sales, and spend time outdoors. A private graveside ceremony will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those so wishing may make donations in memory of Eldon, to Regina Palliative Care Inc. www.hrf.sk.ca
