Obituary of Karl Frank Boehmer

Karl passed away peacefully at the age of 94 surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents, his loving wife of 62 years, Mary; daughter Betty; grandson Kevin; brothers Eddie, Emil and Louie; and sister Lydia. Karl is survived by his four daughters, Anna, Johanna (Allan), Shirley (Ed) and Cindy (Tim); grandchildren Ken (Brenda), Scott (Lindsey), Lori (Cliff), Carmen (Rob), Connie, Pete, Allison (Colin), Jason (Paula), Lisa (Todd) and Samantha; great-grandchildren Jennifer (Dave), Nicole (Doug), Steve (Kim), Jessica, Chad, Payton, Olivia, Matthew, Addisyn, Shelbi (David), Brayden, Brodie, Brooke (Kyle), Hanna, Faith, Grace, Mason and Jessica; great-great-grandchildren Izabella, Alyssa and Jace; sister Annie; and sister-in-law Hertha; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with Chaplain Jan Temple-Jones officiating. Special thank you to the staff of Unit 3-5 at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre. Also special thanks to Karen and Nicole for the dances with Karl at the happy hours and all the dedicated volunteers.
