Monique: I was saddened to read of Don's passing. In the 90's, I worked with him at the Department of Education and appreciated his ability to navigate turbulent times with skill, sensitivity and tireless effort on behalf of others.

I just learned today of Don's passing. I worked with Don in Saskatchewan Education near the end of his long and productive career in government. Don was someone who always provided a thoughtful and professional perspective to every issue, no matter how small or complex. The taxpayers of Saskatchewan were well served by Don Trew. He will be fondly remembered by his colleagues for his always positive attitude and professionalism.
