Predeceased by his father Elroy Adolph; mother-in-law June Scobie; and brother-in-law Clifford Goebel; Greg will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Shannon; daughters Kyla (Brad Barnett), Carley; granddaughter Boston and her father Chad Ball; his mother Theresa; brother Brent (Debbie); sister Brenda Goebel; nieces and nephews, Jesse (Amanda), Jolene (Adam) and their son Lucas, Sal, Aimee (Scott), and Amanda; father-in-law Jack Scobie and extended Scobie family; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Greg was raised on the family farm at Neudorf, Saskatchewan. He moved to Regina to attend university. Greg married Shannon on August 24, 1985 and together opened their dog grooming business, The Poodle Puff. The births of daughters Kyla and Carley, followed by granddaughter Boston, fulfilled Greg's life. Greg enjoyed coaching the girls in ringette, and he was their biggest fan. He took pride in his yard and garden. Greg was often seen cruising with Shannon in his '55 Pontiac. Family and friends were so important to Greg. You could always count on him for support. Greg was so proud of his granddaughter Boston. He enjoyed the many hours he played with her and she will greatly miss her "PaPa. Our memories of Greg are cherished as we mourn the passing of a kind, compassionate and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Special thanks to the staff at the Regina General Hospital. The emergency, 5A and ICU departments and those who assisted in the care of Greg.
