Obituary of Mary Catherine Bolen

BOLEN - Mary passed away peacefully at the Humboldt Hospital on August 20th, 2008. Predeceased by her husband Max (Pat), Mary, who was born in Neudorf, SK, grew up in Melville in a family of eighteen children; nine brothers and eight sisters. Mary is survived and will be dearly missed by sons Pat (Debi) of Courtenay, BC and Mel (Karen) of Humboldt, SK. Throughout her 92 years, Mary led a very full life living in Regina for the most part. She was blessed with many talents from cuisine to needlepoint. She enjoyed a pleasant and happy life with Dad, traveling extensively during his long retirement by spending the winters in Suncity West, Arizona and Reno, Nevada. Mary left many happy memories with her 3 grandchildren, Samantha & Tim of Victoria, BC and Amiya of Saskatoon, SK as well as her great grandchild, Madeline of Victoria, BC. She is also remembered with love by all of the friends she made during her long life. A celebration of Mary's life will take place in Regina on September 13, 2008 at 1:30.P.M. at Speers Funeral Chapel, Regina Sask.
