Obituary of Rev. Barry Paul' Dungan

DUNGAN - Rev. Barry Paul passed away on the Feast of the Triumph of the Cross, Sunday, September 14, 2008. Fr. Paul was predeceased by his parents George Bernard Dungan and Dorothy Beatrice Dash. He is survived by his brother Peter (Eshret) and nieces Sarah and Sophie. Fr. Paul was born in Bobcaygeon, ON, November 22, 1950. Entering the Society of Jesus, Fr. Paul completed graduate and post graduate studies at the Universities of Toronto, Windsor and Detroit. Besides teaching at Campion College, University of Regina he also sought after to direct retreats and lead worships. Fr. Paul was engaged in Pastoral Ministry at St. Martin de Porres and Holy Trinity Parishes in Regina. In January 2000, Fr. Paul was incardinated into the Archdiocese of Regina. FUNERAL MASS WILL BE CELEBRATED IN ST. GABRIEL OF THE SORROWFUL VIRGIN, WILLOWDALE, ON, AT 10:00 A.M., TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2008. A MEMORIAL MASS WILL BE CELEBRATED AT 12:30 P.M., WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2008 IN THE CAMPION COLLEGE CHAPEL, UNIVERSITY OF REGINA.
