Obituary of Merwin Edwards Phillips

PHILLIPS " On Friday, December 19, 2008 Merwin Merv? Edwards Phillips, late of Avonlea, passed away at the age of 77 years. Predeceased by his parents, Ned and Selma, Merv is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Lorna; their children, Darlene (Wayne) Watson, Roy (Darcy) Phillips, Wanda (Bill) MacDonald, Susan (Jerome) Eberle, Michelle (Mike) Postma, Kevin (Sonya) Phillips; fifteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, Levern (Edie), Dennis (Sheila), Wayne (Donelda); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Avonlea United Church, Avonlea, SK with Rev. Marilyn Keerak officiating. Interment in Avonlea Cemetery.
