Obituary of Alice Myrtle Chester

CHESTER, Alice Myrtle May 15, 1912-April 5, 2009 It is with much sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved mother Alice at the age of 96 years. Mom will be remembered forever by her daughter Barb (Bob) Williams of Fort Saskatchewan, AB and son John (Gail) Chester of Vernon, B.C.; her loving grandchildren, Pam (Ron) Radford, Sheryl (Dave) Taylor, Lynette (Desi), Northcott, Joel (Jamie) Chester and Colin (Stephanie) Chester. Mom was so proud to be great-grandma to Cody, Kory, Brittani, Tyler, Dallas, Morgan, Peyton, Brock, Tori, Alexee and James; loving sister to Ed (Monica) Grunder and Aunt Mary, Jim, Hugh, Byers, Karen, Jeanette, Donna Grunder and Brenda Couilliard and families. Mom was predeceased by her everloving husband of 60 years, Jack; her parents Ed and Alice Grunder; sister May (Jim) Byers; sister-in-law Vivienne Couilliard (Jules) and granddaughter Tracie-Lee and great-granddaughter Cassandra Northcott (12) March 13, 2009. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memorium to the R.C.M.P. Friends of the Museum, c/o Ron Ostrum 5907 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan S4T 0P4. A Celebration of her life will be held in Regina, Saskatchewan at the R.C.M.P. Chapel with inurnment at the R.C.M.P.
