GREFF, Joseph Homer (Bud)
April 30, 1928 – April 15, 2020
Joseph Homer Greff passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. He has gone to heaven to be with Jesus. Homer was predeceased by his son Mervin Greff; son-in-law Melvin Klinger; grandson Gary McKerricher; brothers Edward, Harold (Edith), Leonard (Gwen), Charlie (Frances); sister Helena (Andrew) Wingert; brothers-in-law Rex Hannah, Harvey Rose, Elmer Rose, Harold Rose, Louis Viguie, Mel Nimegeers, Ron MacDonald; sisters-in-law Ruby Frank and Elaine Cram.
Homer was the youngest of seven children and was born and raised on the family farm south of Parry, SK. He married the love of his life, Helen in 1947. They remained on the farm and raised their seven children there. They moved to Regina in September 1979 where they lived until his passing. Homer gave his life to Jesus in the fall of 1986 and lived his life as the good Lord directed him: through prayers, faith, love, endurance, patience, generosity and kindness. He was the prayer warrior of our family. Homer’s greatest joy was his family. He spoke life into each member right up to the end.
