I would like the family to know just how much I appreciated the help Fred,Leanne and Dan gave me in obtaining my 1-A license. I remember the day Fred went with me to be tested. I got my license that day. When proudly I showed him he offered me words of wisdom to live by- "treasure this license, never put it at risk" and I never have.It changed my life. He was a great guy and I'll always be grateful to have known him.
Rest in peace Fred.

Sending sympathy to Betty and family. We only got to know Fre and Betty for a few years when we moved into 3420. Such good neighbors and friends. We often talk of you and Fred as we make our walks around Riverside, have seat on Leanne's bench for one of our rests. So sorry. Nancy and Brian Melvin
