Obituary of Bernard McKenzie

MCKENZIE, Bernard

1965 – 2023

McKenzie, Bernard (Barn), late of Regina, SK passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, August 25, 2023, at the age of 57 years.

He was predeceased by his father and mother Samuel and Mary McKenzie; wife Gwen McKenzie; sisters Geraldine, Esther, Brenda, Karen, and Rose; brother Eldon; sisters -in-law Geri and Sharon; nieces Patricia and Crystal; nephew Michael; great-nephews Creedon and Tyrese; and great-niece Brooke-Lynn.

Barn will be sadly missed by his surviving sister Debbie; brothers Ivan, Buck, Chuck, Tuck, and his lifelong friend that he took as his brother, Baron; as well as all his special nieces and nephews.

A wake will be held at the Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street, Regina, SK on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Interment at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, 815 Assiniboine Avenue East, Regina, SK on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 2:30 p.m.
