To Chris and his family, as well as his friends, I am deeply saddened by Chris's passing and my condolences.
He was a brother , a friend and a teacher with great wisdom, happiness and I was proud to work with him for many years with the City of Regina, where he taught me sign language and offered me his home when I had none to go .
We shared many moments of hard work running the concrete saw , going out for drinks and working on the cars and trucks.
He was a gentle giant , a great man and I will never forget him...
