Kevin, Chelsea and Kids, My thoughts are with you during this time as you say good-bye to your father(in-law)/grandfather. I didn't know him well, but did have the pleasure of seeing him and your mom in Regina this past June. I do know that prior to my parents moving to Ontario , in our phone conversations your Dad's name often came up as the person who was helping with the yard work and other things. Dear Denice, Thinking of you during this time of Jay's passing. I will remember Jay as a man with a quiet demeanor, gentle but strong. When we were living in Regina, my husband and I were so thankful for the help he quietly offered. He often cut the grass for us, and helped out with our vegetable garden! Our "couples" friendship has spanned 50 years. We created many memories, times with lots of laughter, playing Mah Jong, eating out, and going for coffee. I am thankful that I got to see and talk to Jay this past June when I was in Regina. I know that Jay and my husband Chow will now meet in a different place to continue their friendship.
