Peter was a great friend to my father Greg for a great many years; for us it made stories of coffee and racquetball. As life goes, Peter and my father ended up walking some of the same hallways at the Allan Blair. My father left on his journey first, and if not for Peter guiding my brother and me through a lot of the aftermath I don't know where we would have been. Knowledgeable, committed, forthright, and loyal; these are words that make me think of Peter. Best of thoughts to all of his friends and family, and I hope time brings you peace.

I met Peter through my work on a local board. He was always kind and so willing to help. I hadn’t seen him in a few years and didn’t realize he had been ill. My sincere condolences to all who loved him. Hoping sharing memories comfort you in the days ahead.

Val and family. The news of Peters passing was a shock to Jacquie and I. I had the opportunity to work with Peter at Amalgamated Charities and with the QC Kiwanis Club. We will always remember Peter for his generosity. Our children who are all adults now often speak of all the families whose Christmas were made special by Peter and his desire to help others. Year after year Peter’s office was transformed into a mini warehouse full of food and toys for the unfortunate families in north central. It was very evident that Peter cared about the people around him and the community he worked in.
Peter will be missed by many.
