Noel Parisien December 25, 1943 Noel decided on June 23, 2010 to break the chains binding him here to begin his new journey back to Spirit. He will be greatly missed by his wife-Sandra, daughter-Annette, stepdaughter-Laurie, grandchildren - Amanuel and Lex, sisters Emily (Ray), Shirley, Marlene (Lawrence) along with an abundance of friends and relatives.
