My deepest sympathy to the Skelton family. I only learned of Blaine's death a few months ago. We worked together in Regina when I first joined the RCMP in 1977. As a matter of fact, Blaine was my 'trainer'. We had lots of laughs together and I really like working with Blaine. He was a very good policeman and a very nice man. As a young person from the east coast who new little about life and nothing about policing, I was treated very well by Blaine. He was a gentleman.
