I was in school with Ken, and remember how hockey crazy he was - and that he spent hours drawing and redrawing Ken Dryden's goalie mask. He wasn't the best artist in our class, but that goalie mask was something else! Brian Yurris, another elementary and high school mate, told me that Ken had passed away and I looked for and found the obit today. After reading it, I now also remember how he loved those black and yellow Boston Bruins and drew their logo everywhere! If anyone still has any of those drawings, I would love to see them and maybe, if I finish my book about hockey, put them into it.
I am sorry to all the Boechlers for your loss.

Auntie Della, Brian, Brad, David, Donnie and Debbie and Patti - I was so very sorry to hear about my cousin Ken. Although it has been so many years since I last saw Ken I will never forget being at Okanagan Lake with Auntie Annette and Uncle Bill in Vernon and Kenny was there. We tried so hard to get Ken to water ski but he said it wasn't a good day to do so and just wouldn't go. When I think about Ken I remember him being a gentle soul - my thoughts and love are with you all. Ken is now in the company of some really terrific people including his father Ed, grandfather Emmanuel, cousin Bob and his Uncle Al. God Bless and Love you, Sharon
