KENNETH MURRAY BOECHLER
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ken on Friday, June 7, 2013 in Regina, SK. He was predeceased by his father, Edwin. Ken will be greatly missed by his wife and best friend, Patti; his mother Della; his sister Debbie House (Randy) of Regina; brothers, Brian (Jeannine) of Yorkton, Brad (Carol) of Ottawa, Don (Karen) of Regina, and David of Toronto; mother-in-law Joan Mitchell of Lumsden; brother-in-law Joe Mitchell (Darnell) of Grand Coulee; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was born in Melfort and lived in Winnipeg and Regina. Ken graduated from LeBoldus High School and attended the U of R. He was a valued employee of Canada Safeway for 34 years. Ken, never without a Diet Coke in hand, was truly a kid at heart, who had a passion for his beloved Boston Bruins, Batman, the Roughriders and sci-fi. He had a love of travel and greatly enjoyed regular trips with Patti to Los Angeles and Las Vegas. A Celebration of Ken’s life will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Friday, June 14, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. Ken Koep officiating. A time for sharing and fellowship will follow at Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street.
