Moon's was a home away from home for many Luther College students. I have a more direct association with Moon as he acquired the store from my aunt and uncle when they returned to the US,
Aintree Grocery was originally started by my grandmother in the 47oo block of Dewdney.
it was a pleasure to have known both Moon and Alma and to have experience first hand their positive support of the LC students.
