Just found Mr Barabas' obituary, so sorry for your loss. I didn't know him very well but he was to my knowledge a very decent , loving family man and father.

Dear Anna Marie
Please accept my sincere condolences to you, your Mom and family in the passing of your beloved Dad.
I have wonderfully fond memories of Frank standing on a ladder, painting the side of your cabin. And also, under my kitchen sink with Ivan fixing my faucet. Such a generous and helpful man. He was always steady and focused, as I am sure he was throughout his life.
I hope you take some comfort in knowing that his memory will live on beyond the family because he touched so many people with that little gleam in his eye.

Little Flower Parish's loss is Heaven's gain. We used to sing the hymns in church amongst the congregation and if Frank's singing was within ear-shot, we'd just stop singing so we could listen to Frank's wonderful singing voice. Living stations of the cross will not be the same without Frank Barabas' portrayal of Barabbas. A life well lived has been called back home; farewell Frank.

Anna Marie, Ivan and family,
We are thinking of you and your family during this truly difficult time. We were saddened to hear about your father. Although we didn't get to visit with him much, when we were lucky enough to spend time with him it was wonderful. He was such a kind and funny person. Frank came into our lives several years ago when we met his daughter, Anna Marie at the Slovenian Summer Camp. We were frequent guests at dinners that included Franks' company. He was always welcoming, entertaining and a good dishwasher. It was a pleasure to spend time with him and I know he appreciated his desserts. We will truly miss Frank around the campfire.

Dear Erna and family,
I was so sad to hear of you loss. Frank was a very dear person and as a kid he was a choir director at St. Stephens and accepted me into the choir, I learned a lot from Frank, he had patience and was always kind. As organist when I got older he supported me and never criticized spent many years together as music ministers. He could put four part harmony together without any problem and made it sound professional
My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family, you know that he is now directing the Angel choirs in Heaven and putting together the sweet harmony that he was go good at.
He will be missed by all that knew him.
