Obituary of Konrad Nickolas Yawney

KONRAD NICKOLAS YAWNEY January 27, 1952- May 2, 2014 With broken hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Konrad Nickolas. Born on a farm in Invermay, SK, spending the majority of his life living and loving the Saskatchewan prairies. Konrad had a passion for birding, biking, genealogy and his grandchildren. His close group of golfing and A&W friends were a perk of his 30 year career at IBM. It is also where he met his dear friends, Jose & Clotee. Konrad is predeceased by his father Paul Yawney and his son Joel Yawney. He is survived by his sweetheart of 37 years Carla Yawney, six children, Janine (Brian), Laurel (Dan), Celeste, Yvonne (David), Joshua (Nicole), and Michael; grandchildren, Joel, Kate, Addriana, Drew, Noah, Gracie, Paul, Cruz, Samuel, Winston, and Stella-Kate; mother Mary Yawney and seven siblings. We know with all our hearts, that we will be reunited with him again. Funeral Service will be at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 550 Sangster Boulevard, on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m
