Obituary of Joanne Lorraine Goulet

Joanne Lorraine Goulet, late of Regina SK, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 17, 2014, at the age of 79. Predeceased by her parents, Pacific "Pat" and Marie Goulet; sister Carolyn Smith; brothers-in-law, Ralph, Brian and Andrew "Andy"; and niece Lisa. Joanne is survived by siblings, Deanne Bzdel, Gillis Goulet, Henrietta "Bubsie" Dufour and Ralph (Lorraine) Goulet. Joanne's life was also filled with many nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews and many special friends. Joanne will be proudly remembered by her family as Auntie Jo; smiling and hiding treats in her pockets, taking the kids on many adventures, and achieving great things in her golfing career. Joanne was adored by her family and friends, she lived and died doing what she loved best, golfing. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Orr Centre, 4th Avenue and Lewvan Drive, Regina, SK on Friday, May 23, 2014 at 1:28 p.m., tee off time, Father Brad Fahlman officiating. A Reception will follow at The Royal Regina Golf Club, 5401 – 11th Avenue, Regina, SK from 3 – 5 p.m. for those who wish to share in Aunt Jo’s memory. A private family burial will happen at a separate time. Flowers are most gratefully declined.
