Dear Irene and family-
Brad phoned to let me know of Jim's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. Jim was such a dear old friend - we had many a good time. He had the biggest laugh and the warmest hug. We've lost him way too soon. He was Brad's best friend and I know his heart is broken. I have so many good memories of the early 70"s - seems like just the other day... My sincerest condolences to all of you.

To the Short and Garner Families: We are saddened by the loss of Jim, please accept our condolences and may the memories you have of your loved one comfort you in the days ahead. I regret not getting to know Jim better as our business relationship progressed. He was a prominent figure in Regina and beyond, but, more importantly he was a genuine "Good Guy".
