Peter and family:
We were shocked and very saddened to hear of Janice's sudden passing.
She was a woman of many talents (she always had a great book to recommend!) and a kind and cheerful person.
She often talked about her many interests: gardening, stitching, reading. But most often she talked about family.
Her presence will be greatly missed.
It seems difficult to find words to say at this time.
Please know you are in our thoughts and we hope that your good memories of Janice will bring you comfort and peace.

Janice was the librarian at Grant Road school when my son was there. She bought books she knew he would like and let him take them out any time. This made a huge difference to his time there. She also impressed me with how bravely she faced her cancer. I feel privileged to have known her.

Brent and Ashley, Peter and family...Our sincere condolences for the loss of your dear Mother, and Wife. It was a shock to hear of Janice's passing this weekend, so young and full of life. It was a pleasure to meet and get to know Janice through Ashley and Brent, the bridal shower and their beautiful wedding celebration.
