I was so sorry to hear of Hulda’s passing. I have so many great memories of Hulda and Skuli at the cabin at Fishing Lake. It was always filled with family and there was always room for one more kid...even ones who weren’t really family. And the food - oh my, how Hulda could bake! But most of all I remember her smile and her hugs - always more than enough love to go around. I haven’t seen Hulda or the rest of the family in quite some time. Once the seemingly endless summers at the lake ended, it became more difficult - I couldn’t just pop in on my way to the main beach. It’s sad that as our lives get busy we don’t make the time to stay connected to our childhood friends. Please know that my thoughts are with all of you.
