To Penny's cherished family; A beautiful voice has been silenced, a loving soul has been set free of her earthly pain caused by cancer. Please remember the fog you are experiencing now will eventually lift and you will adjust to your new normal in time. There is no time limit to grief ... take all the time you need.
I will be forever grateful for Penny taking Monica under her "wing" when she choose to finish her grade 11 and 12 in Milestone. It was comforting to know someone as caring as Penny was there for Monica.

My deepest condolences to all of Penny's family. She was truly a lovely lady. Many years ago I had the great pleasure of working with Penny on a volunteer committee for Tourism Regina. I have many fond memories of those times and think back often to all the laughs we had! She will truly be missed. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Rex, Lance, Lexi and all other members of Penny's family.
Penny, although she had many outside activities, was truly a Milestone person She added so much to the life of our community with her love of music and drama and her willingness to share her time and talent. Soooo very sorry for your loss Rex, Lex, Lance and families!! Penny was such an angel in so many lives. It was inspiring to see Penny’s devotion to music, the United Church Choir, EasternnStar and the betterment of all the people who crossed her path. Every time you approached Penny she always had a beautiful smile to greet you.
