My condolences on Leo's passing. I have so many fond memories of him. Everything from tying my skates to making us a hot rum toddy on our way back from a day of skiing. He was a good man. It is an honour and a privilege to have known him.

Thank you for caling me ,Viv. I am so sorry to hear of Leo"s passing. I have such fond memories of Leo when he lived in Halifax. Chuck and he were good friends and we all enjoyed good times together. It was so great to meet you for the first time when we met up for lunch in Halifax on your visit off the Cruise ship. I sure hope to see you if you ever get out this way. So sorry to hear of Leo's passing. We always enjoyed your visits at Mom and Dad's. Leo was one of the most friendly, genuine people a person could meet. As your flower girl, I was awestruck by this Friendly Giant. Over the decades it was his quick laughter, kindness and story telling that I came to love. Between Dad and Leo, it's hard to know who could spin the best tale, but I'd bet they're sharing a good story and laugh right now.
