Obituary of Edward Joseph Chobater

Edward, late of Regina, Saskatchewan (and recently of Edmonton, Alberta), passed away peacefully at his daughter’s home with his son by his side on February 8, 2019 at the age of 82 years.  Predeceased by parents, William and Nellie; and sister, Helen Wasnik; our dad is survived by daughter, Amanda Quayle of Regina, Saskatchewan; son, Benjamin Chobater of Kamloops, BC; his beautiful grandsons, Barrett and Seth Quayle; his sister, Joyce Nadeau of Logan Lake, BC; his brother, Dennis Chobater (Joanna) of Victoria, BC; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Our dad was a good friend to so many others.  He loved being at the track as well as being a teacher and nemesis on the golf course.  A Celebration of our Dad’s Life for his and our family and friends, will be held at his daughter, Amanda’s, home on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Family and friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Hospitals of Regina Foundation for the Palliative Home Care Program, 1874 Scarth Street, Regina, SK, S4P 4B3.
