Our deepest sympathy in the passing of Dr Casey. He was our family Dr in Regina until he retired. We can't say enough about Matt. He was more than our Dr. He was our friend. We just heard yesterday that he had passed away. May God give you comfort at this very difficult time.

My sincerest sympathy to the family. Dr. Casey told me I was one of his first patients in Regina . I appreciated the wonderful care I received from him. I was a patient of his for 35 years.
He was a very kind and caring man. He will be missed.

Just as news of Dr. Casey’s illness and retirement was upsetting, so is news of his passing. He was a wonderful, caring and respected doctor and my medical rock for 40 years. I extend my deepest sympathies to his family and hope that the words of condolence bring comfort.

Regina has lost one of its finest doctors. Dr. Matt Casey went well beyond what you would expect for care and compassion. We cannot easily express how much he has done for our family over 35 years. Matt was there in good and bad. He provided care when our parents were sick, three of whom needed palliative care, making visits to our home and calling when they passed to express his sympathy. Dr Casey delivered all three of our children who all were very much inspired by Matt; the oldest two became doctors whom he helped with references and encouragement. Matt was very much part of our family and we were so fortunate and proud to have had him as our doctor. Our sympathy to the family. Rest in peace Matt.

Dr Casey was our family Dr for over 30 years ,all our family.3 generations .He was a great Dr and a good man
HE loved his family and spoke of them often.He was missed when he retired and is missed as a good soul now here on earth.

Dr. Casey i pacted my life for 40 years by not only giving excellent medical care, but also in the process nourished my soul. As a caregiver, he always went above and beyond, and it was an inspiration to see a very dedicated man who so loved going to work everyday. He wept with me when he realized his care could not save my husband. I will always remember him as a friend.
A wonderful man taken much too soon. I am so very sorry for your loss.

HELLO EILISH,WE WERE SO SORRY TO HEAR OF MATT'S DEATH.WE HAVE SUCH FOND MEMORIES OF MATT AS A STUDENT BUT MOST ESPECIALLY OF THE YEAR WE SPENT TOGETHER AS INTERNS IN THE SOUTH INFIRMARY.MATT WAS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR AND A MOST LOYAL AND SUPPORTIVE COLLEAGUE.WE LAST MET AT A CLASS REUNION SOME YEARS AGO AND CONTINUED OUR FRIENDLY RELATIONSHIP AS IF WE HAD MET A FEW DAYS EARLIER.I WONDER IF MATT HAD RETIRED ?
