My sincere condolences to you and your family. Leon was a friend of my son Brent Johnson (deceased April 23, 2017). They played music together and I met Leon several times.The last time I recall seeing Leon was when The Ventures were playing a show at the Casino Regina Show Lounge and it was nice to see him there. Brent would always comment on what a musical genius Leon was and I know he enjoyed the time they spent together. Perhaps Leon is in the heavens creating the beautiful music he so loved.
