About 1973, Sharon was initiated into Excelsior Chapter #21 Order of the Eastern Star. She was sponsored by my mother, Elizabeth Evenson, Worthy Matron at that time. Their friendship was special having begun many years prior to her initiation.
Sharon was very gifted musically and exuded a charismatic twinkle in her eyes, smile and personality; contagious to those who were blessed with her company.
Dennis and I particularly enjoyed her company at Jazz events and especially at The 2018 Father’s Day Brunch.
She was a classy woman with a spark that defied age.
We will miss her presence there.
To all her loving family, we send our sincere condolences for your huge loss.
Due to our current travels in the USA this past month, we are unable to attend tomorrow’s service. Our prayers and thoughts will be with you. God Bless!
May Sharon’s Memory Be Eternal!
Sincerely,
Daryl-Lynne Lemieux

My deep sympathy to the family of that beautiful fun-loving lady who brought a wonderful engaging personality to all who knew her!
My association goes away back to the 1970's when I first met Sharon and Ray though construction work in Regina. Lost contact then until the 1970's when Garth and Sharon became active in the Shrine. I well remember when Garth was asked if he would consider going on the Divan and he and Sharon came to Mary and I looking for advice. I urged Garth to accept, knowing he and Sharon would be wonderful leaders and contributors to the Shrine. There were then many contacts until we moved away to Calgary in 2003, but few since. I was indeed very happy to attend a recent P.P. meeting and dinner in April, and there to happily enjoy her company and again one of her wonderful Hugs!
Sharon will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

On behalf of all of my family in Vancouver we extend our heartfelt condolences to Sharon's family. My parents got to meet "Sandra's sister " when she visited Vancouver. My father gave her a tour of his garden and they got to share their love of flowers, agriculture, food, etc. I had the honour of having her over for dinner and felt so blessed to be in the presence of an Aunt so bubbly, energetic, and full of life and grace. Aunt Sharon will always be loved and remembered and we pray for the family at this time as her loss will be felt deeply. May her beautiful legacy of love, music, spirituality and family love live on in all of us. Love, Maria, Jon, Sophie and Elena and the rest of the Bruneau and De Angelis family in Vancouver

We had a long visit with Sharon out on the street a few weeks ago so are very shocked and saddened to hear of her passing.
Her gardening music playing over the fence will be missed as well as her smiling face in the neighbourhood!
Please accept our deepest sympathies.
