I met Shayne working under his father Hugh (a great chef and friend) in 1990. We instantly became best friends. We remained best friends since, as well as like brothers. He was loved by all, each person crossing paths drawn to him. His heart was huge, finding the best in everyone. People just loved being around him. He was very generous too, giving more than he could. His heart preceded him in all things. Especially his love for his family. I love him dearly as well as his new sister, my wife, Tonia (Toni). He will always forever shine brightly in our hearts as our Lord and Saviour shines brightly in his. May the force be with you, Shayne, my brother.

My condolences to Shane's Family and friends. Shane was a kind soul to all. He sure loved his furry friends he loved cats the most. Cats were his favorite thing in this world something that truly made him happy. So from now on every time I see a loving kitty I will always think of Shane. May he rest in peace.
