Dear Diana and Family,
I am writing to offer you our condolences in the loss of dear Chris. We grew up living next door to Rita, Joe, and Chris on Retallack Street in Regina. They were wonderful neighbours.
Rita even taught me, Lynda, how to knit. She was a beautiful knitter and a very patient teacher. I used to play in the sandbox with Chris. We visited back and forth at one another’s homes.
After we moved, I lost touch with Chris and his parents. I too entered the teaching profession and every once in awhile would run into Chris at professional teaching days.
It is great to read how involved Chris was in so many community events. He generously shared his gifts and talents with people wherever he went. May he now Rest In Peace after a life well lived and many jobs well done.
May you cherish the memories you have of him as they will always keep him close.
On behalf of the remaining members of the Browning family, John and Irene, my brother and sister, I offer you our sincere sympathy,
Lynda Browning.

I only knew Chris through his work at Access Communications as a host of the community show but he was always such a delightful man. He was so warm and inviting that he put everyone at ease. I'll miss seeing his smiling face. My condolences to his family and friends.

My condolences to Chris’s family. Chris and I worked together on “Talk of the Town” for a number of years. I admired his optimism and good humour as well his determination not to be beaten by ALS. Rest In Peace, Chris.
