What a blessing it was when a warm hand and voice welcomed me to Broadway Terrace last fall!
In Cupar, Irene taught my sisters Debbie and Diana Manz. She was most supportive in her communication with my parents Fernie and Alma and me during my son Marlow Currie’s grade two with her. How thankful he was to meet her once more since our move here.
I was very saddened to learn of her sudden passing and will miss conversations with this wonderful woman! Our condolences and sympathy go to the whole wonderful Ermel family and especially to you Ross, Angie and children. How great it was to meet and visit with you Angie while you were settling Irene into her new suite.
