LANDRY, Raymond Marcel
1952 – 2020
It is with heart felt sorrow that we announce Ray’s passing on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at the age of 67 years. He was predeceased by his parents Roger and Edith; and infant brother Lucien. Ray will be lovingly remembered by his wife Audrey; son Scott (Melanie); grandchildren Owen and Kiera; siblings Pat (Dennis), Joan, Michael (Darlene), Robert (Debbie), Lori (Lorne), Susan, Steve (Jane); also numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and countless wonderful friends. Ray was born on June 29, 1952 in Wawota, SK. The family then moved to Regina where he was raised. He spent 40 years working at the Regina Leader-Post. Ray loved going to work and treasured the relationships he made there. His co-workers in the distribution room were family. Ray loved music, dancing and had a passion for anything with wheels especially vintage cars and trucks. He was a devoted family man, a loving husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend. Ray enjoyed life and was always content with what he had. In 2008 he retired and loved every minute of it. Summers were spent at the cottage enjoying time with family and friends. He loved getting together for a visit and coffee with friends. Ray was loved by all and will be sincerely missed. A special thank you to the palliative care team; especially Cindy, Janice and Tanya for the care and friendship you showed Ray.
