I remember one of my first shifts at Ranch Ehrlo and Corey was just starting out as well. We were both trying to figure things out together, and it was so nice to catch up and see him when he continued to work casual shifts. He was kind enough to help one of our youth frame a drawing that she had made for me, which is still hanging in my office today. Deepest sympathies to his family.

Corey was a dear friend. We worked together at Sheldon-Williams Collegiate for 8 years... spending much of our time in each-other's classrooms... we were friends from the first time we met. What a guy. We did a lot of projects and had a lot of lunches and movies together over the years... he made me laugh every time we would hang out together.
My heart goes out to all the family members, friends, colleagues, coaches, students, athletes and youth that Corey met over the years. We all have a bit of him with us.
Miss you buddy.

Mr. Renwick coached both my boys football, as well as Art. He was always such a pleasure to chat with and was frank and honest about how they were doing both on- and off-field. What always stood out to me was his genuine interest in his students, and how enthused he was over coaching and seeing the kids progress. His passion for football was infectious, and he is going to be one of those teachers who will be really missed, especially because he was so invested in his students. Our very deepest condolences to Corey's family.

To the Renwick family: You are in my thoughts and prayers and I am hoping you find some comfort in your memories and in the fact that Corey made such a wonderful difference in so many lives. Corey was a very special man who will forever be in our hearts. Corey has always supported the students in our Vocational (Intensive Support) Program and welcomed them into his class. He would always take extra time to meet with me to make arrangements to adapt his Art program so our kids could be successful in his class. He was a great friend, teacher and coach who was always there when you needed a hug or a reminder to push yourself to be the best you can be. He was always so proud of his family - he would often talk about his kids and his mom. I will miss the big bear so very much, as will all our Wildcat family - Rest in peace my friend.

Corey cared about others deeply. As a teammate and a friend he always thought of others before himself. Kindness will always come to mind when remembering Corey. My thoughts will be with the Renwick family. Photo attach were most of the Canadians playing at Jamestown College in 1993. All brothers, teammates, and friends. Corey will be missed by all. #Jimmies

I want to express my deepest condolences to Corey's family during this sad time. Corey and I were colleagues and friends since working together at Sheldon Williams Collegiate. We would often get together for chats with some of the old Sheldon staff and his thoughtful presence and sense of humour was cherished. It was clear that Corey cared so much for his students and family and he will be missed by all who knew him. Rest in peace my friend.

To the Renwick family,
I am sending my most loving regards and sincerest condolences.
Corey was a great teacher and I was lucky enough to be one of his students as well as work with him in Sheldon's football program for 4 years.
His legacy lives on not only in his 3 beautiful kids, but in the minds of every student who was privileged enough to be shaped by Corey's passionate heart both in the classroom and on the football field.
I hope you all finding solace in knowing how loved your Husband/Dad/Son/Brother is. I am so grateful to have known him.
With love,
Abigail Frasz
