Obituary of Corey Paul Renwick

RENWICK, Corey

Corey, late of Regina SK passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at the age of 49 years. Corey was born in Regina SK on October 6, 1970 to Wendy Renwick (nee Hastings) and Paul Renwick. He went to high school at Thom Collegiate and graduated in 1989. Corey went on to earn a degree in Education at Jameson College in North Dakota. He worked as a high school teacher for the Board of Education for 27 years. Corey also worked for Ranch Ehrlo Society for 27 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing sports such as rugby and football and had a passion for art. Corey was involved in coaching high school football for several years. For anyone that knew Corey, they quickly learned that his children were the love and joy of his life and that he lived for his children. Corey is survived by his wife and mother of their children, Tascha Ann Renwick (nee Bechard); their son Tye Corey Renwick; their daughters Zaya Marie Renwick and Seren Leona Renwick; brothers Riley Renwick (Gail and their children, Dayden and Keelie); Kelly Renwick; sisters Katie Demyen (Blake and their children, Whitten, Indie and Bodhi) and Charlee Lee (Greg and their children, Joey, Milo and Trudy); mother Wendy Mae Renwick (nee Hastings). He was predeceased by his father Paul Dwight Renwick; grandparents Don and Norma Renwick and Allen (Bud) and Mary Hastings; and niece Katrina Renwick. Special thanks to the many friends, family, co-workers and students near and far who have reached out in support during this time. Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Private family interment will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Trust to Corey’s children, Tye, Zaya and Seren Renwick.
