Rylei was born and raised in Regina and would say she’s a true prairie girl at heart! She has two beautiful dogs, Max and Gunner, that she couldn’t imagine life without. Rylei loves being outdoors doing things such as hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, or running her pups out in the country. She believes that being outside and taking in what is around you is an important part of healing and growth. Growing up she spent a lot of time outdoors on the family farm, travelling Alberta and B.C. with her family, and eventually travelling cross-country in her high school years. Travelling is something that is very important to Rylei and she can’t wait to continue experiencing the world.

Rylei joined the Speers team in 2019 and is currently in her third year of the Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. She genuinely enjoys caring for other people, especially in their time of need. Rylei attributes her caring compassion to her Mom, whom Rylei says has the biggest heart and is always willing to lend a hand to someone in need. Her Mom taught her the importance of empathy, respect, and resiliency, which are essential in this profession to provide the best possible care to the families we serve. 

Rylei feels very fortunate to be apart of the wonderful family at Speers and to have to opportunity to be able to support those in their time of need.
