June was such a lovely lady and it breaks my heart to see her go. She was truly one of the people I most wanted to see every year I attended the Grey Cups. I will miss you June - keep smiling. Condolences to the Family and friends.

June Trueman - a life well-lived.
We have many wonderful memories over the years from our friendship through Lions. How lucky we are to have known her. June's many volunteer activities were always done cheerfully and with great enthusiasm and heart. She will most certainly be missed.
The angel band now has a talented new member.
Condolences to her family.

Sincerest Sympathy to June's family upon reading of her passing. I can only imagine how she shall be missed by anyone she ever touched! I have thought about her many times past few months since I had not called on her on my Bayshore rounds. It was a pleasure to have met such a vibrant, fun loving lady, always happy and eager to share her many stories! That Pep Band seemed to be her passion and such joy she obviously brought travelling to so many Grey cups!!! I've missed seeing her very much and she certainly touched my heart! Thinking of you all at this difficult time. May she Rest In Peace! Sincerely Heather Bayshore Home Health

Crystal and I are overcome with sympathies for our friend, June. I first met her in 1991. One day at Rona, June and i were working a hot dog sale and saw a storm coming from the west. Near the end of our shift at the end of the afternoon, the skies opened up and we got totally drenched. It was one story that June and i laughed about for many years later. In 2009, she came to my 50th Birthday and was proud to point out to me that she wore a sparkily top. June made everyone feel special...and i am just a tuba player!! Lumsden is my hometown and she joined Lumsden and District Adult Band for a few years. If every person was half as caring and nice as June...then the world would be so much better. When June was no longer able to come to Prairie Winds Adult Bands, I missed her terribly. Up until a few years ago, she worked bingos every month for 5 different charities. We have a few pictures with June and us. I do not know anyone else that can say that. June, we will miss you every day and rest easy. You are a Saint. Farewell until we meet again. Love Crystal and Blaine Dodds.

Lion June,
I joined the Regina Lakeside Lions Club in 2019 and have heard many wonderful stories from club members regarding your involvement with the club.
Even though we never had a chance to meet, I wanted to "thank you" for your contribution to the club and for the "inspiration" you have given to me to follow in your footsteps as a Lions member. You are a "Blessing".
Sincerely,
Lion Larry McCrea
