I am sad to hear of Roy's passing, My condolences to Irene and all their family. Roy was a cousin of mine on the Jasper side of the family. He was always kind and considerate of all. He was also the first student to graduate from Grade 12 at Serath Ridge School which many of our relatives attended including myself.

To Irene and family
My deepest condolences to you and your family. Roy was my first manager when I started at SaskPower. During my time there, I enjoyed every minute. Roy’s gentle personality and his great leadership shone throughout the department which is why many wanted to stay working there. He will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him. May Roy Rest In Peace.

Irene and family,
I started with SaskPower’s Land Department in 1986 and it was my privilege to have Roy as my first supervisor. He treated everyone with fairness and respect. I learned much from Roy and was able to draw from his advice, long after his retirement. I tried to pass on that same advice to those I later came to supervise. My sincere condolences.

Irene and family
Please accept my condolences on the loss of Roy. When SaskPower was just starting out in Coronach Roy and I had many meetings with the local rural committee. The locals were initially anti SaskPower and made sure the meetings lasted until midnight. They knew they would be home in minutes and that we had two hours ahead of us .We eventually got a good deal for SaskPower thanks in many ways to the work of Roy.
