It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Billy on Friday, November 13, 2020 at the age of 32. He was predeceased by his grandmother Doreen. Billy will be lovingly remembered by his spouse Whitney; daughter Hannah; mother Jeannette (Brad); step-father Eric; sisters, Jade and Marisa; brother from another mother, Gary (Ashley); special aunt, Charity (Aidan, Alyssa and Ashton); godparents, Theresa and Darcy; special cousins Roxanne, Dean, James, Lisa, Justin and Kayla; special friends, Nathan R., Nathan F., Allan F., Corbin B., Terry H., and Matt B.; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
