My deepest condolences go out to Larry, Alison, Donna and their families. The passing of Ma Pearl is very sad and I have shed some tears in remembering her. I cherish the memories of her love, laughter and wit. Ma Pearl was my second mother growing up. The challenges of being a single Mom never altered her love of life and perhaps even enhanced her essence of family. She worked hard and found humor in the people surrounding her. I always felt part of this wonderful family and look back fondly on the comments only a Mom can make. Those broad comments directed at everyone but landing directly on the guilty child “Who’s shoes are these on the stairs?” “Get up here and hang up your coat”, “Close the door weren’t born in a barn”, “Quit picking on the girls”. Mix in many warm meals, sleep overs, chats of encouragement and her proud smiles at the accomplishments of her children. The memories are warm and I am forever grateful to her. Growing up with Ma Pearl made my world a better place and made me a better person. I love you.

It saddens my family and I on the passing of Aunt Pearl. We always looked forward to her and Aunt Jean's visits to the farm and always got a kick out of her feisty ways. She always wanted to ride in the combines and semis and kept us very amused, you just never knew what she was going to say! We were all her Darlins and we will miss her. Randy, Janice & family

My Sincere Condolences to Pearls family. Pearl spent many evening with a beautiful group of ladies my mom being one of them Hazel Wallace, drinking coffee and playing cards. Pearl made me many a great lunch at her house when I worked at the Pasqua Hospital.... Pearl was an exceptional lady.....See her in all the beauty around you.

Pearl was just that, a gleaming pearl to help make this world a little bit better. She was like another mother to me many years ago and it is a very sad thing to hear about her. My heat felt sympathies go out to Larry, Allison and Donna and the rest of the family.

The world has just become a duller place. We are going to miss "aunt" Pearl's bubbly spirit that has been a part of our family for so long. May we offer our deepest sympathies as we mark a life well lived. When it is appropriate I (Rick) would ask that you please contact Elsie Eyre at 306 543-2659
