Obituary of Barbara Louise Blashill

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Barbara at her home on Saturday, February 6, 2021. Predeceased by her husband and great granddaughter, Barbara is lovingly remembered by her children, their spouses and families; her grandchildren; great-grandchildren; as well as her extended family and friends. Barbara was born in Moose Jaw, SK, and grew up in Regina. She was a loving and kind woman who always attempted to help anyone in need. Her greatest loves were her family and her faith. Barbara found great comfort and solace in daily prayer. We are thankful she is now in the loving arms of Jesus. The family expresses its gratitude to Bev Desautels and all of her exceptional staff at Qu’Appelle House – mom’s final forever home - for their kind safe gentle care and compassion. Due to the risks of COVID and keeping with Barbara’s wish there will be no formal celebration of life. Please remember her with a kindness toward someone in need.
