Dear Margaret, Travis and Drew
We are thinking about you during this terribly sad time. We fondly remember Blair at the hockey rink, working in the yard and tinkering with his car. Margaret, we always loved chatting with you and Blair when we bumped into you on one of your walks.
Blair will be deeply missed. With all of our love.

Sending thoughts and prayers too all of Blair’s family .and friends . I grew up next door to the Broadfoots . He was like another brother . Was just the best kindest human and genuine friend . He always made sure to keep in touch with stopping to say hi whenever he was at the mall I worked in . That meant the world to me . This world lost a great one .

To Margaret, Drew and Travis - A very heartfelt deep condolences to you Margaret and your sons Drew and Travis on the passing of Blair. Blair was a very dear friend to me since 1974 and remained good close friends up to his untimely passing. We shared so many great times and activities together through our school years and throughout our adult lives and my mind is flooded with so many memories of those years. I also always truly appreciated Blair and Margaret letting me lodge at their home many times when I came to visit or pass through Regina throughout the years. When Blair called me this last November 2020 to tell me the onset of his difficult health condition he conveyed a brave message to me in not to worry about him even though I was personally overwhelmed with emotion and internal grief. I knew Blair as a compassionate, loving caring man with empathy and generous heart and spirit. With prayers and the Lord God of heaven to give comfort and peace at this time to you Margaret, sons Travis and Drew and other family members of Blair's. Rest in eternal peace my dear friend Blair for I will be missing you very much. Till we meet again someday. Love Julian

Dear Marg and family,
I trust that your many wonderful memories of Blair will sustain and nourish you as we all mourn his untimely passing. I met Blair when I was his nursing instructor and enjoyed being reacquainted when I began work at RQHR. His quick smile, self-effacing sense of humour and thoughtful compassion are part of his legacy. He has touched many people throughout his nursing career.

Blair was a wonderful man; kind, patient, loyal, level headed, smart, and funny (Poppa Chubba Chubba funny). I will forever remember his laugh and his gentle way. Sending thoughts of peace, compassion, and a big hug to you Margaret, Drew, and Travis.

We are so very sorry for your loss.
Blair was truly one of the nicest people we have had the pleasure to know and work with. Ever since nursing school when we realized we were from the same area and went to the same schools in Yorkton we were friends. We share a lot of memories at work but more importantly outside of work as well. The Radiology Wranglers, and subsequently the "Kings" hockey club, would not have been the same without Blair.
We will surely miss running into him at work or out in public because no matter what was happening, he would stop, smile, and have a quick chat to catch up on family and friends.

Stay strong and find support from each other, from deep down inside, from others who care and in the knowledge he is now resting peacefully.
You’re all in our prayers. Love Jo-Anne and Mel
